Lavender – helps with nervousness, shock, anxiety, shyness
Catnip – helps with restlessness, anxiousness, & stress (When inhaled, catnip has a stimulating effect on the cat. When ingested, it has a sedative effect on them.)
Valerian Root – helps with chronic fear, hysteria, panic, anxiety, overgrooming, stress
Rose Buds – helps with trust issues, anger, sadness, opening the heart to joy
Lemon Balm -helps with depression, confusion, nervousness, over-sensitivity
Instructions on How to Create Your Cat’s Herb Garden
Choose a quiet, cozy spot in the house
Let your cat help with setup & selection of space
Set out a clean towel or blanket for each cat
Sprinkle herbs or flowers in each corner
Watch your cat enjoy the space
Leave it out for 3–5 days (or longer)
Add more herbs as needed

Rolling, rubbing, licking, or chewing
Sitting or lying on or near the herbs
Playing, stretching, or drooling
