Each herb brings its own unique qualities to the Haven:
Catnip – provides sensory enrichment and can inspire playful or stimulating responses in many cats
Valerian Root – provides strong sensory enrichment and may encourage exploration and engagement
Chamomile – traditionally associated with relaxation and emotional balance
Hops – traditionally associated with relaxation and emotional ease
Lavender – traditionally associated with comfort and sensory enrichment

Creating Your Cat's Herb Haven
Let curiosity take the lead.
Choose a quiet, comfortable space in your home.
Let your cat help with choosing the location.
Place a clean towel or blanket where your cat can comfortably explore.
Sprinkle a small amount of herbs or flowers around the space.
