Calm Organic Herb Haven
A welcoming space to pause, settle, and simply be.
Cats experience the world through their senses, their environment, and their own unique energetic rhythms. When life feels a little overwhelming, they may seek out ways to create their own sense of safety, comfort, and balance.
The Calm Herb Haven was created with the anxious, sensitive, stressed, or easily overwhelmed cat in mind. This comforting collection of USDA Certified Organic dried herbs creates an inviting space where your cat can explore, connect, and choose the herbs that resonate with them.
An Herb Haven is not about telling your cat how to feel. It is about creating a supportive environment where they can listen to their own instincts and choose what they need.
There is no right or wrong way to enjoy the Herb Haven. Your cat may roll, rub, stretch, rest, play, or simply sit nearby. They may choose one herb today and another tomorrow. They may visit often—or only when they feel the need.
Let your cat lead the Herb Haven and trust their instincts.

Creating Your Cat's Herb Haven
This is where your cat gets to take the lead.
Choose a quiet, comfortable space in your home.
Invite your cat to be part of choosing the location.
Place a clean towel or blanket where your cat can comfortably explore.
Sprinkle a small amount of herbs or flowers around the space.
Step back and allow your cat to discover their Haven in their own way.
Leave the Haven available for 3–5 days, or longer if your cat continues to enjoy it.
Refresh or add herbs as needed.
There is no need to encourage your cat to interact with the herbs. Simply creating the space gives them the opportunity to explore it when they choose.
How Your Cat May Show You They're Enjoying Their Haven
Every cat responds differently. You may notice:
Rolling, rubbing, licking, or gentle chewing
Sitting or resting on or near the herbs
Playing, stretching, or drooling
Deep breaths or relaxed body language
Slow blinks or softly closed eyes
Returning to the Haven on their own
Your cat's response is their communication. Watch, listen, and let them guide you.
Important Information
Our herb havens are intended to provide sensory and environmental enrichment and are not a replacement for veterinary care or medical treatment. They are not intended to be used as a food supplement. Store herbs in a cool, dark place away from children.
Herbs vary in weight due to differences in density. All herb packs will contain at least 5 grams; some may weigh more because lighter-density herbs occupy more space.
Roots such as Valerian, Ginger, and Angelica are very potent, so a little goes a long way.
